Blossoms have today announced the 'biggest' headline show of their career. The Stockport five-piece will perform a huge homecoming gig at Wythenshawe Park next August bank holiday weekend.
The all-day outdoor concert will take place on on Sunday, 25 August, and follows on from the band's sold-out Castlefield Bowl gig that took place in July as part of the Sounds of the City music series.
The 'Charlemagne' hitmakers will also follow in the footsteps of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, who played the first gig at Wythenshawe Park in August.
Those who pre-order Blossoms' forthcoming release can gain access to presale tickets, which will be available from Thursday, 9 November at 10am.
