A federal judge is threatening Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni‘s legal teams to move up their March 2026 trial start date if the legal battle continues to be “litigated in the press.” Judge Lewis J.
Liman imposed a rule on both sides while in federal court in New York on Monday (February 3), according to Deadline.
Neither side in the case is to say anything to the press that could influence a potential jury, although it’s unclear how long that is supposed to last.
Neither Blake and Ryan, nor Justin, were in attendance.
