Ed Sheeran

Edward Christopher Sheeran, MBE (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (pronounced "plus"), was released in September 2011. It topped the UK and Australian charts, reached number five in the US, and has since been certified eight-times platinum in the UK.

The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John.

Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Blackpink Just Made More YouTube History

As if Blackpink hadn't broken enough YouTube records, the K-pop quartet had more in store: Blackpink surpassed 40 million YouTube subscribers, making the girl group the sixth act on the video platform's history to reach this milestone.

Blackpink joins the top-tier ranks of the most-subscribed musicians on YouTube, following Justin Bieber (55.2 million subscribers), Marshmello (46.6 million subscribers), Ed Sheeran (44.9 million subscribers), Eminem (43.3 million subscribers) and Ariana Grande (42 million subscribers).

Blackpink is the first non-English-speaking musical act to achieve this feat and the second female music act to do so. The music video for the group's comeback single "How You Like That," which dropped on June 26, recently set
