A black cab has ploughed into shoppers in Glasgow city centre. Emergency crews are currently attending the incident outside Glasgow Central Station.
An eyewitness told the Record that the taxi struck two pedestrians who were walking on the pavement.They said: "Just witnessed a taxi run two people over at Glasgow Central."Another eyewitness told the Record the cab mounted the pavement at a set of traffic lights.
They added: "The emergency services arrived on Union Street quickly and erected screens around the area and the black cab."Louise Mcewan, who was walking by with her son as the collision took place, said: "Me and my son were there as it happened.
I'm so glad we moved to the other crossing." Another person said: "I just walked by a major incident outside Glasgow Central Station.
