The Storage Hunters star - real name Colin Newell, 47 - sadly passed away earlier this week. In the video uploaded to Instagram, Heavy D is getting his tarot cards read via video call.
The tarot reader says: "First of all I'm going to do a blessing for you." Heavy D replies: "Bless me. I need all the blessings I can get." Then at the end of the video, he signs off with his catchphrase "Boom" - which he popularised from his time on Storage Hunters.
