Big Brother viewers were left fuming after Olivia Young's comments about her fellow housemate. The Glasgow contestant, 23, was given a secret task in order to gain immunity from the first eviction.

Olivia was told by Big Brother that to be safe, she had to avoid being voted as the least entertaining housemate. In a bid to amuse her fellow co-stars, Olivia tried to teach everyone Scottish slang and sang her own rendition of the famous Scots song 'Donald, Where's Your Troosers?' However, her housemates weren't impressed as Kerry, from Essex, admitted she couldn't understand what Olivia was singing."I will be honest with you," Kerry said, adding: "I don't recognise one word you said." Hallie, who came out as trans on Monday night, added: "No same, all I got was Donald's trousers."Olivia clapped back pointing at Yinrun, who is from China but lives in West Yorkshire, and quipped: "If you didn't understand me, she's going to have no clue what the f*** I just said."Viewers immediately took to social media as the tense scenes air to call Olivia out and accused the Scots dance teacher of racism.

Writing on X, one wrote: "Did Olivia REALLY just say if you can't understand me she definitely won't (then proceed to point at Yinrun!) My f*****g jaw is still open!

Horrid girl! #racism #BigBrotherUK #getoliviaout."Another ranted: "Okay - we're going to let that racism from Olivia slide. Oh wait, she's only Asian, doesn't matter…" While a third said: "Okay some casual racism from Olivia, very on brand..."Others took to social media to defend Yinrun, as one fan wrote: "It’s hard being in a group of people speaking your second language.
