The former Love Island star and daughter of former footballer Paul Gascoigne, 36, will reportedly jet off to New Zealand next week to start filming for the project.
Bianca will be put through her paces on the Channel 4 show and wants to show people what she is made of in the challenges, according to The Sun.
A source told the publication: 'Bianca is ready and raring to go. She loves challenging herself, and by signing up to SAS she knows she will be pushed to her physical and mental limits. 'Bianca has been on a lot of television shows but nothing as challenging as this, and she cannot wait to get started. ''She wants to show them what she is made of on SAS and those close to her think she will surprise a lot of people,' they added.
