Below Deck star Kate Chastain gives birth to son and announces unique name
ok.co.ukIt’s official, Below Deck star Kate Chastain has safely welcomed her first child! The 40 year old reality star announced the news to her fans on Instagram, as she showed off her first picture of her newborn son on Friday.
Alongside an adorable snap in which she could be seen holding the smiling infant, Kate also revealed the newborn's unusual name. "Hard Launch: Sullivan Cay," she penned alongside the snap, as fans flooded the comments section with their warmest well wishes to both mum and baby. “He’s beautiful!” Gushed one fan, as they praised the sweet photo Kate had shared.
Another fan also agreed as they commented: “Sooo cute he looks like Ben! Adorable he is!” Before a third penned: “I’m dying at the facial expression.
He sure doesn’t look like he’s gonna take s**t from anybody! Lol congrats!!!! So handsome love the name!” Kate first announced her pregnancy back in December 2022, and was immediately inundated with messages of support from her Below Deck cast-mates including Captain Lee Rosbach and Madison LeCroy.
