A beggar has been arrested after “abusing” a PCSO in Bolton town centre. Police say the known beggar was spotted on Trinity Street near Sainsbury's on Tuesday (April 5).
He had been by some traffic lights at a busy junction at the time. After being asked to pack up his things and leave, the PCSO was met with abuse, according to GMP Bolton North.
