The BBC has unveiled a sneak peek at the second series of SAS Rogue Heroes, a historical drama from the mind of Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.
The show, which delves into the story of the SAS during World War II, first hit our screens in 2022 to critical acclaim. In December 2022, the BBC announced that a second series had been commissioned, focusing on the unit's operations in the European theatre of war.
The new season sees the unit move from Cairo to the European front following the capture of Lieutenant David Stirling, portrayed by Connor Swindells, by Axis forces.
The first glimpse reveals Jack O'Connell as Paddy Mayne, who reluctantly steps into Stirling's shoes to lead the special forces.
