Scots Traitors star Alex Oleksy has insisted he will be returning to his care home job after his brutal exit from the BBC hit show.The 30-year-old, from North Berwick, was the only Scottish contestant in the third season of the show.

Tipped as a favourite to win, he made it all the way to the eighth episode before he was banished when his fellow co-stars suspected him to be a Traitor.The care home manager had applied for the show in hopes of taking home the £120,000 cash prize.

He hoped to use the money to embark on an IVF journey with his wife after revealing the couple could not have biological children.Following his exit he told the Record: "We still hope to start a family. "I’m desperate to be a dad, I’m just a big kid and just always wanted to be a dad."After my elimination life has gone back to normal.

I'm back to working in the care sector."The Scot grew up in his East Lothian hometown and found love with his then-girlfriend before moving to Whitby four years ago to start a new life together.
