But as we wait for the epic showdown, one contestant has shared a behind-the-scenes secret on TikTok. Elen, a Welsh contestant (not Charlotte with the fake accent), took to the video-sharing platform to address a common question: why don’t the players eat during breakfast scenes?
As it turns out, there’s a good reason for it. She reveals: "People always ask why do we barely touch the food at breakfast.
Because sometimes breakfast isn't actually filmed during breakfast time. "It is sometimes filmed at 1pm. So we're probably just not that hungry." Elen revealed that season three of The Traitors UK was filmed in May 2024.
