The 33 year old professional dancer, who also lives with Crohn's Disease, was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year and had to undergo a mastectomy and chemotherapy.
Amy shared her journey with fans on social media, saying: "I never asked [for] this to happen to me. I've always worked so hard.
I've always been a good person." She also told Women's Health UK: "I looked after myself, I've exercised well, haven't smoked...I do get angry.
