Former Strictly Come Dancing star Kristina Rihanoff has praised the BBC's move to assign chaperones to stars during rehearsals following complaints about two dancers.
Speaking to BBC News, Ms Rihanoff expressed her belief that celebrities would "be feeling a little bit more comfortable" joining the show now.
She described rehearsals as often being "frustrating" and "pressurised," and noted that celebrities would now feel "at ease that there will be somebody watching and observing the situations".
The dance show has faced allegations involving ex-dancers Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima. Mr Pernice has refuted any claims of "any suggestion of abusive or threatening behaviour".
