A former Strictly Come Dancing star has named who she thinks was the 'next winner' of the 2024 series after they lost out on the official title to Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell.

The comedian had already made history before lifting the Glitterball trophy on Saturday night (December 14) as the first-ever blind contestant on the show.

Alongside professional dancer Dianne, Chris captured the hearts of the nation over the past 13 weeks and in the grand final beat competition from Miranda actress Sarah Hadland and partner Vito Coppola, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and dancer Aljaz Skorjanec and JLS singer JB Gill and partner Lauren Oakley.
