Sarah Hadland has been 'advisted not to' do a certain TV show by one of her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars. The actress has been touring the country alongside Gladiator Montell Douglas as they extended their dancing journeys into the new year.

The Strictly Co me Dancing Live tour 2025 kicked off in January in Birmingham at the Utilita Arena with Sarah and Montell joined by their 2024 series castmates reality star Tasha Ghouri, JLS singer JB Gill, EastEnders star Jamie Borthwick and The X Factor winner Shayne Ward.

They were joined by their dance partners as well as a number of other pro dancers, including 2024 winner Dianne Buswell, and all four judges - Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas, and Anton Du Beke - for the first time for the string of arena shows which came to an end on Sunday night (February 9).

Montell has now revealed she has taken an “unfortunate pointed toe” into the Gladiators arena since returning as Fire. The 39-year-old Olympian told the PA news agency she had not stopped dancing since departing the show while speaking at the TV Choice Awards 2025, where the BBC dancing programme is nominated for best talent show.
