BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Montell Douglas branded 'knockout' after revealing huge physical change

The Gladitor, known as Fire in the popular BBC show, is currently continuing her Strictly journey having starred in the dance contest last year alongside professional dancer Johannes Radebe.
While she and Johannes have been split, Montell has been paired with Kai Widdrington to tour the country as part of the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour.
The tour, which is visiting arenas across the country, kicked off earlier this month in Birmingham at the Utilita Arena with Montell, actress Sarah Hadland, reality star Tasha Ghouri, JLS singer JB Gill, EastEnders star Jamie Borthwick and opera singer Wynne Evans and The X Factor winner Shayne Ward all in the line-up.
