Strictly Come Dancing star Kai Widdrington has shared his own heartbreaking memory of Robin Windsor following his tragic death.

It was confirmed on Tuesday (February 20) that the dancer had tragically died, aged 44, ten years after he had to leave the BBC One show over a back problem.

Robin joined Strictly in 2010 and in his first year was paired with EastEnders star Patsy Kensit. But he had to leave four years later due to an injury.

The closest he got to winning was coming with Emmerdale actress Lisa Riley in 2012, with the popular pairing finishing in fifth place.
