BBC Strictly Come Dancing's JB Gill reveals 'confidence' in sweet message after audience member in tears

JB Gill has given fans an idea of what's helping him along in Strictly Come Dancing after an audience member was spotted in tears following his latest performance in the ballroom.

The JLS star and his professional partner Lauren Oakley, who replaced JB's previous dance partner Amy Dowden following the show’s Halloween special after she suffered an injury, topped the show's Musical Week scoreboard with an almost perfect score of 39 out of a possible 40.

JB and Lauren performed a Viennese waltz to Let’s Go Fly A Kite from Mary Poppins, with the duo hugging at its conclusion. But Craig Revel Horwood admitted that their routine was near-perfect.
