Chris McCausland has been flooded with support after he admitted to being 'tired' in a mid-week Strictly Come Dancing training update with Dianne Buswell.

The pair were last seen in the ballroom last weekend in which they took part in the quarter-final of the BBC One dance contest, having successfully made it through to week 11 of Strictly's 20th-anniversary series, which was also Strictly's Musicals Week special.

It saw comedian Chris and professional dancer Dianne perform a quickstep to You’re The Top from Anything Goes, for which they picked up 32 out of a possible 40 points. The penultimate week of the competition will see the five remaining couples perform two dances each, with Chris and Dianne set to perform a Charleston to When You’re Smiling by The Blue Vipers Of Brooklyn as well as a Viennese Waltz to Nothing Else Matters by Metallica.
