Strictly Come Dancing fans were left issuing a complaint following Sarah Hadland's latest performance with Vito Coppola as she channelled a music icon.

For the first time-ever, it was 'Icons Week' in the BBC One dance contest on Saturday night (November 2) after it was introduced to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary series.

It saw the 10 remaining couples perform a routine accompanied by a track from a well-known singer or band - whilst also channelling their stage personas - from Bruno Mars to Freddie Mercury. Motsi Mabuse was quick to praise Sarah and Vito for their 'iconic' performance while Shirley Ballas pointed out some 'gorgeous' details before saying the performance needed "fluidity and flexibility".
