Strictly Come Dancing fans found themselves getting a bit distracted as they thought Johannes Radebe and Pete Wicks were paying hidden 'tributes' in their latest performances.
Both were part of the BBC One dance contest's spectacular night on Saturday (November 16) as the hit show relocated to Blackpool for one weekend only, as has been its annual tradition for the past two decades.
Week nine of Strictly's 20th-anniverary series was broadcast live from the Blackpool Tower Ballroom on Saturday, with the show opening with the professional dancers dancing to the Pet Shop Boys performing a medley of their hits, including It’s A Sin, Suburbia and What Have I Done To Deserve This. READ MORE: BBC Strictly Come Dancing spoiler leak reveals 'wrong' bott om-two in Blackpool 'shock' It was then over to the eight reamaining couples in the competition to perform and Johannes was seen alongside Olympian and Gladiators star Montell Douglas who was praised for her energetic salsa to Don’t Leave Me This Way by Thelma Houston, in which she was lifted up by additional dancers and spun around.
Judge Motsi Mabuse called Monrell "the biggest showgirl" and said her performance with professional Johannes Radebe was "fantastic".
