Scott Mills is all set to fill Zoe Ball's shoes as the new host of BBC Radio 2's The Breakfast Show, following her departure last year.
As the BBC recently disclosed the salaries of their top earners, it's expected that Scott's pay for his new role will also be revealed.
It was previously disclosed that Zoe was raking in a whopping £950,000 annually. Earlier this year, reports suggested that Scott would be earning £450,000 per annum, marking a slight pay increase for the star.
Despite the buzz around his salary, Scott is brushing off any discussions about his pay and shared how he used to earn just £20 per show when he started his radio DJ career 35 years ago. "I've been doing this since I was 16 and I'll tell you how much I got paid then - £20 a show," he told The Sun.
