BBC Gladiators is set to return for a second series, with the line-up now confirmed by the show's bosses. The sports entertainment gameshow was given a new lease of life earlier this year when it was rebooted and moved to the BBC.
The revival of the iconic 90s programme introduced a fresh batch of Gladiators to viewers, and preparations are now underway for its second season.
Filming will take place at Sheffield Arena, with father-and-son duo Bradley and Barney Walsh returning as presenters. Shooting for the second series is scheduled to start in August.
Confirmation that the show would be returning for a second series came just before the finale of the first series. Army officer Finlay and personal trainer Marie-Louise were crowned the winners, beating off competition from Wesley Male and Bronte Jones to become the Gladiators champions of 2024.
