The mother of Keaton Slater was visibly emotional as she discussed her son's tragic death on BBC Breakfast today. Louise Slater, Keaton's mum, is seeking justice after her 12-year-old son was tragically killed in a hit-and-run.
Three months ago, Keaton from Coventry was struck by a BMW while returning home from school, with the driver fleeing the scene.
Police identified the suspect as Dolars Aleksanders shortly after the incident, and the 21-year-old is now wanted on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
However, it is believed that Dolars is currently in Latvia. During her appearance on BBC Breakfast today, Louise became tearful as she sat next to her partner and was comforted by Nina Warhurst, pleading for justice for her son.
