With Christmas and New Year comes bank holidays, meaning many branches will be closed next week and the week following.Banks will for the most part close over the Christmas bank holidays, which includes Boxing day, December 26, and a substitute day for Christmas on December 27.

They will also likely close on the January 2 bank holiday and the substitute New Years day bank holiday on January 3During the days that the banks are operating, there is a chance that they will be on reduced hours such as 9AM to 3PM rather than 9Am to 5PM.
