coronavirus lockdown of the year, budding bakers have once again turned to the kitchen for things to do. But, while banana breads were the go-to food of the first lockdown, we think these Oreo cheesecake cookies should be the sweet treat of the second.
Amateur baker and content creator Eloise Head shared the simple recipe to her 250,000 Instagram followers on her account @fitwafflekitchen.
To start with, you need the following ingredients:First, Eloise whisks together the cream cheese and unsalted butter to make a batter until it is light and fluffy.Once this is achieved, she adds in the sugar and whisks again.The baker then pops in the flour a third at a time and whisks gently until combined.Finally, she places the broken up Oreo biscuits.
