thesun.co.ukBAKE Off fans were tonight left in tears when adorable baker Marc was the latest contestant to leave the show. The Cornish single dad, 51, has been a fan favourite throughout the series, so viewers were sad when judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith decided it was time for him to go.
It was Dessert week and all the Bakers had to raise their game to make it to next week's semi-final, but unfortunately Marc had one disaster after another.
The Bakers first faced a tough signature challenge which was to create a miniature version of the classic cheesecake. The technical then dated back to a 17th Century Sussex Pond pudding and the showstopper was a Jelly Art Dessert Cake.
