Ayrshire nursing home “flicked” a vulnerable patient’s nipple and “ran her fingers up and down it,” a watchdog heard.But Lorina Diaz Tunacao was “very up front” and “untroubled” when later questioned by her superiors over the strange behaviour.In an investigation by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), the watchdog was told how a colleague overheard Tunaco mention “a secret” to the patient while touching the patient’s breast at the Kilmarnock home.And the colleague, who was “genuinely disturbed” by what she witnessed, informed her staff nurse about the nightshift incident.However, when questioned later, senior staff were “taken aback” by Tunacao’s attitude.The incident unfolded at privately-owned Torrance Lodge Nursing Home,.
