mirror.co.ukProspective renters have reacted in horror after an old shipping container in a garden was put on offer for £200 a week. The makeshift dwelling has been placed in the landlord's back garden in Wellington, New Zealand, just metres from the main house.
As well as a parking space that is a piece of lawn in front of the container, tenants can use a washing machine placed in the garden shed.
The property is ideal for retail enthusiasts as it is situated just a short drive away from Johnsonville shopping mall, an advert on Kiwi site Trade Me highlights.
The container comes fully furnished with a microwave, electric hot plate, bed, dishwasher, fridge freezer and cutlery and plates.
