EXCLUSIVE: Christine Baranski will be honored with the Achievement in Television eXcellence Award at this year’s ATX TV Festival in Austin.
As such, the festival will feature an award presentation and a conversation to celebrate her decades-long career across television, film and stage — which, of course, will include her Emmy-winning performance on Cybill, her 13-year run as high-powered attorney Diane Lockhart on The Good Wife and The Good Fight, and her current role as socialite Agnes Van Rhijn on HBO’s historical drama The Gilded Age.
Baranski follows in the footsteps of television legends who have received this honor over the years, including Norman Lear, Henry Winkler, James L.
