Arsenal have reportedly reignited their interest in Turkey playmaker Berkay Ozcan - who has been dubbed the “new Mesut Ozil”.Ozcan, 22, was heavily linked with a move to the Gunners while plying his trade at Stuttgart in 2017.The attacking midfielder has taken his game to a new level since joining Istanbul Basaksehir from Hamburg, however, having left Stuttgart to join the German club in January 2019.He was then loaned out to Basaksehir in September of last year, before signing for the Turkish side permanently back in July and subsequently impressing in their Champions League group-stage outings against Manchester United, PSG and RB Leipzig.According to Transfermarkt, Arsenal are one of several Premier League clubs to have identified Ozcan.
