Liverpool are unlikely to make a move for Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang should he leave the club, according to Paul Merson.
The Gunners forward is heavily linked with an Emirates exit this summer as his contract winds down. His goalscoring exploits mean he will have no shortage of offers, both from Premier League clubs and those abroad.
Aubameyang worked with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp when they were at Borussia Dortmund. The Gabon international scored 41 goals in two years under the German, but Merson believes if Klopp were genuinely interested in the forward he would've acted before now.
