Arsenal look likely to be without Lucas Torreira for the rest of the season after he fractured his ankle against Portsmouth last week.
The Uruguayan midfielder was injured in an awkward tackle early on in their FA Cup fifth round win at Fratton Park last Monday.
He was stretchered off in significant pain before further scans revealed a fracture and left him requiring tests to determine the timescale of the injury.
There were hopes he could be fit to return before the end of the campaign - and whilst that could be the case he looks unlikely to feature until next season.
