Mesut Ozil’s agent Erkut Sogut has warned Premier League players of the consequences of accepting any pay cuts. Some Government officials have urged football stars to lower their salary amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Sogut negotiated Arsenal midfielder Ozil’s mega £350,000-a-week Emirates contract and believes agents should be included in any talks over pay.
Though he knows talks aren’t easy given the uncertainty surrounding the resumption of the Premier League.
