Armed robbers left home owners shaken after they stormed into a house and stole a number of dogs, police have said. A group of men, one armed with a knife and another a gun, burst into the Liverpool home shortly after 2.25pm today.
According to police reports they threatened the home owners, demanded money and then grabbed several American Bulldogs. They then stole a VW Golf which was parked outside, police said.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "We have arrested three males after a report a car and dogs were stolen in a burglary at a house in Old Swan on Sunday afternoon (18 October). Did you witness the incident?
