Arctic Monkeys fans are only just realising who the man on the front cover of their iconic first album is. The group's debut effort, Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not, is often tipped by fans as one of their very best releases.
Despite the praise, people have only just discovered who the cigarette-smoking man on its front is. The legendary album released in 2006 and features classic tracks like Mardy Bum, From the Ritz to the Rubble and I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor.
Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not went on to top both the UK Albums and UK Independent Albums charts and was lauded on release.
But the origins of the front cover has stunned fans, who have found out who the man is. Celebrating the 16-year anniversary of the album on X, fans of Arctic Monkeys' debut solved who was on the front of the album.
