Arcade Fire Joins Coachella Music Festival 2022 Lineup One Day Before Kickoff

Better late than never! Arcade Fire is joining the lineup for the 2022 Coachella Music Festival – one day before the festival kicks off on Friday (April 15). Click inside to read more… The band was just announced as performers at the annual event taking place in Indio, California this and next weekend.

They’ll be performing on Friday (April 15) from 6:45-7:45 p.m. in the Mojave tent. Harry Styles is set to headline.

The group performed there for the first time in 2005, as well as in 2007, 2011 and 2014. Their first album in five years, We, arrives on May 3.

They’ve been performing at benefit concerts for Ukrainian relief, raising more than $150,000, via Variety. The performances included the debuts of five songs from their new album, including “The Lightning,” “Age of Anxiety I” and “Age of Anxiety II (Rabbit Hole)” and “Unconditional I (Lookout Kid).” There was also some last-minute drama involving one headliner.
