Apple is known for making a big song and dance about its newest gadgets, and tonight's announcement is no different. The maker of iPhones and MacBooks is set to launch a brand new product later today, and it's revived a beloved social media feature in celebration.

After over a year's hiatus, the Californian tech company has brought back Hashmoji's for it latest product launch, as revealed this morning by the Hashmojis account on X (formerly Twitter).

Hashmojis are alternate animations that play when you like a social media post that contains a certain hashtag. The hashtag in question this time is #AppleLaunch.

Liking posts on X that contain this hashtag will turn the like button into an animated silver and black Apple logo before returning to the standard pink heart icon.
