Anya Taylor-Joy is in talks to star in a Mad Max: Fury Road spin-off for the character Furiosa! George Miller, who directed and co-wrote the Oscar-winning movie, is on board to make the upcoming spin-off and Variety reports that he plans on shooting it in 2021. Anya had a meeting with George via Skype, according to the outlet. Charlize Theron, who played Furiosa in Mad Max: Fury Road, has said she would play the character again if George was involved in the project. “I love that character, I loved working with George Miller, and if he was ever on board, yeah, I would be in right from the beginning,” she previously told ScreenRant. “With him it’s kind of like working with Jason Reitman.
