ITV reality show has finally hit our screens and fans are absolutely loving this year's different twist and turns. This year's show is filmed in a new location, specifically Wales' Gwrych Castle in Abergele and the Georgie due have been keeping busy on set to make sure everything runs smoothly.And fans were recently shocked by the amount of graft that the couple have to go through to make sure we all have an amazing show.

The couple posted an Instagram story which gave a sneak peek into just how much work the lads have to put in for a show, the Mirror reports.

A typical day starts at 5:15pm and doesn't finish until 12:45am, with the trials recorded at around 11:15pm, despite the show only going on air from 9pm to 10pm.Joe Swash: Stacey.
