The One Show this evening.Emily, who started transitioning four years ago currently runs an LGBTQ+ club at her school, as well as sending out LGBTQ+ centred books to schools across the country in a bid to raise awareness.Emily has been campaigning for LGBTQ+ rights to ensure that people in a similar position to her, do not feel isolated.During a discussion, she revealed that when she began her transition four years ago, she didn't know that there other people who were transgender.Angelina said: "There are so many extraordinary young people around the world, they need to know about each other, they need to know about their rights and they need to know how to call on us, what to demand from us and how best to do it, to get the strongest.
