Leeds United are striving to appoint former River Plate boss Marcelo Gallardo as they upped their search for a new manager - according to a report in Argentina.
Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou has been among the names linked with the vacant managers post at Elland Road after Jesse Marsch was sacked following a 1-0 loss to Nottingham Forest earlier this month.
Ariel Senosain reports Gallardo is now the preferred candidate for the role after West Brom boss Carlos Corberán turned it down.
