Amber Heard tossed Johnny Depp 's mobile phone off their balcony and sent his bodyguard to go get it back, a court has heard.

Starling Jenkins, who worked for the star for 27 years, testified today as part of the actor's libel case against News Group Newspapers continues.

The actor is suing NGN over a story published in The Sun in 2018 which branded him a "wife beater" - a claim he vehemently denies.

In his witness statement, which was presented to the court, Jenkins claims he attended the Depp's home with ex-wife Amber Heard in Los Angeles the morning after the night of her 30th birthday party in April 2016.
