Amanda Holden has taken to social media to defend her hosting debut at the Royal Variety Performance after viewers hit out at her and Alan Carr.
The Britain's Got Talent judge presented the annual charity bash alongside comedian Alan Carr, and just moments into their appearance fans took to twitter to criticise the duo.
Amanda has responded to the criticism, defending their efforts despite admitting she knows she should ignore it, reports the Mirror.
She shared that both she and Alan "loved every second" of their appearance on what she described as a "joyous and successful evening." She then added: "All the big shows get battered… Merry Christmas you lovely lot.
