Bakayoko arrives on a free transfer from Coventry City and became the second signing made yesterday (25/06), along with goalkeeper Joel Dixon.
The 25-year-old has signed a two-year deal at the UniBol, after three-seasons with the Sky Blues - for whom he scored 13 goals in 85 appearances.
He is Ian Evatt's seventh addition of the summer and the first centre-forward brought in, to provide competition for Eoin Doyle and Nathan Delfouneso.
