Renaker, the developer behind the four towers which now dominate the city centre’s skyline, has outlined the latest phase of the regeneration of the Great Jackson Street area.
Two distinct-looking towers are proposed at ‘Plot F’, an area of land at the southern corner of Deansgate Square which is currently occupied by industrial and warehouse buildings.
The scheme would deliver 988 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with new public realm, private gardens and communal facilities for prospective residents. READ MORE:
