Ally McCoist’s new talkSPORT sidekick revealed as household name joins Rangers hero behind the mic
dailyrecord.co.ukJeff Stelling is to join talkSPORT after leaving Sky Sports following 30 years of service with the broadcaster.The iconic host announced his departure from Soccer Saturday earlier this year, having previously lined up an exit from Sky the year prior.
But Stelling, 68, has a new venture with talkSPORT and will joining the radio station's Breakfast show alongside Rangers legend Ally McCoist, who often can be found with pal and Celtic-daft presenter Alan Brazil.The former Sky man will officially start his new role in December, and will be hosting the morning show on the airwaves on Mondays and Tuesdays, a few weeks after popular host Laura Woods left much to the sadness of McCoist and co-host Gabby Agbonlahor.
The Englishman reacted to the news of his new role, saying: "I’m so pleased to be joining the team at talkSPORT.
