This Morning star Alison Hammond has been left to wrestle with fears that her popularity is waning as she battles daily with a crippling case of imposter syndrome that often leaves her undervaluing her own worth.

The bubbly presenter, who first shot to fame on Big Brother back in 2002, has made a name for herself as one of the most down to earth interviewers out there as she worked her way up from an Entertainment Reporter on This Morning, to become part of the official hosting team.

In addition, the 48 year old has also recently taken over alongside Noel Fielding as the host of The Great British Bake Off, and that’s without taking into account her own highly successful career as an author following the release of her book: Black in Time back in 2022.

Yet despite all of her successes, Alison has still been haunted by her own imposter syndrome, especially following the news that she hadn’t been asked to present the BAFTA film awards again this year.
