Aside from their usual Friday slot, Alison and Dermot have also stepped in to host during the week in the show's ever-changing presenting line-up.
This Morning's presenting schedule was thrown into chaos earlier this year when Holly Willoughby quit after 14 years on the show.
It came after her co-star Phillip Schofield also chose to leave after admitting to an 'unwise but not illegal” affair with a younger colleague.
